Account & Billing

  • I have lost my password. Help?

If you have forgotten your password and no longer have the e-mail we sent you with your password and other account details when you joined, there are a couple of ways to get it.

The fastest and the easiest way is password retrieval tool (Retrieve Your Login Information HERE). You will need to type in your e-mail, you used to sign up and we will then send you your username and password.

Or you can contact our customer support team. We'll need to be able to both find your account, and verify that we're sending your password to you, and not some hacker. So help us out; give us as much of the following information as you're able:

  • Your subscription ID;
  • Your username;
  • Your full name (as it was provided when you signed up);
  • Your e-mail address (as it was provided when you signed up).
  • I have a new credit card, how can I update my account with the new details?

We're not able to change credit card numbers for an active subscription. You will need to cancel rebills on your current sub, let it expire, then rejoin with your new card.

IMPORTANT: You must wait until your current subscription expires before rejoining with a new credit card.

  • Password Sharing?

Please be sure to keep your access info secret, and to not share it with anyone including friends!. You have paid for your access to this site, not everyone else's! Ask them to sign up as well, to support the site so it can get better. Please.

  • How much does it cost to join?

The cost of your subscription depends on what options you choose when you sign up:

Joining for three months costs less than joining for one month. Check out our sign up page for possible options.

  • Why do I need to give my email address?

We need your email address to validate who you are. You need to check this email address periodically, for notices that include changes to our terms and conditions, and for us to send your account info to.

We won't be spamming you ourselves, nor will we make your address available to any third party.

You will be getting emails from us regarding joining and cancelling, and when your account expires.

We hate spammers, and receiving unsolicited emails, just like you.

  • What the heck is CVV2?

CVV2 is the number on the back of your credit card, usually on the signature panel. We only ever need the last three digits.

  • How do we protect your information?

Your information and identity are completely protected by our SSL server. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and is the internet's leading encryption technology, designed to prevent the interception of your private information sent over the internet or a computer network.

  • What is SSL?

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.

  • Which pages are protected, and how can I tell?

Billing pages are protected. You can verify if a page you are viewing is SSL Secure by looking at the URL bar of your browser, as shown in the picture below.

Most browsers, such as: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox indicate the security status by displaying a lock or a key at the URL Bar of the browser. Look for this Greenlock, it means the page is secure.

  • How safe is the encrypted information?

It's absolutly SAFE! To make you sure...

Standard SSL Certificates enable a minimum of 40-bit and up to 256-bit SSL encryption. Certain older browsers and operating systems (for a complete list go to SGC: Strongest SSL Encryption) will achieve only 40- or 56-bit encryption unless there is a Server Gated Cryptography (SGC)-enabled certificate on the server. Technical Issues

  • Browser Settings

Our site have been fully tested on Cross browser compatibility. So whatever browser you use you should have no issues. However to have better experience we recommend you to use the latest version of the browser. Also be sure cookies are on and Java script settings are on.

  • Internet Connection:

A broadband connection with at least 500+Kbps will provide the ideal viewing platform for our clips. This will allow you to view our video at a reasonable download speed. Those of you with a lesser speed can still view the clips, just at a slower download speed. You also still have the option to download our clips and play them locally at a faster speed.

Flash Player:

We require that you have Flash Player 10 to view the h.264 clips.
